Shipping policy

The approximate processing time is shown on each product page. Once your item has been made and is ready for dispatch you will be sent an email with the tracking information.  Shipping is by Royal Mail. If you selected the special delivery, insured and tracked service you will be sent the tracking number information.

If you selected the standard service you won’t be able to track your item but you will be able to see proof of delivery.
