An oval smooth red ruby cabochon stone is beautifully presented in a stunning setting which has been hand built, layer by layer to create a high sculptural setting. A twig, cast in sterling silver, surrounds the Ruby and is scattered with 18ct gold berries. The band is a classic round halo band in sterling silver.
